just sit.

These days, some find it hard to just sit, aware of their breath, aware of their thoughts, aware of all that is surrounding them. This is a practice, rarely taught but tremendously needed.

We are taught to go, to move, and to keep up with the daily hustle and bustle. Not only does this keep our minds wrapped up in a never ending unfolding drama, it overwhelms the spirit and clutters the mind. It leaves us feeling tapped out and depleted.
