Mountain pose allows us an opportunity to root down and connect with the energy of the earth under our feet. It allows us to extend toward the sky, to soften our gaze, and to bring our awareness back to the breath…in…and…out…in…and…out! When you encounter obstacles that you aren’t quite sure how to maneuver around, find your roots…stand firm…and extend up and out into the world.
